Strategy above projects
Section titled “Strategy above projects”Initiatives answer “is the Q3 launch on track?” on one screen — a ten-week health trail, % complete, the pace you are actually shipping at, and a projected finish date measured against your target. A Delivery chart plots scope against done, day by day, so you can watch the finish line move before a percentage would ever tell you. Initiatives nest, so a large program can contain smaller ones.
Project folders give you a dashboard for free: one headline over a five-state rail, then a table of every project with its lead, target date, and progress, totalled at the bottom.
A portfolio timeline, not just a project one
Section titled “A portfolio timeline, not just a project one”Open a folder — or your whole workspace — on Timeline and every project becomes a lane on one Gantt. Draw a dependency arrow between tasks in different projects and let the cascade push the chain. Reschedule with the arrow keys instead of hunting for a pixel.
One key reaches everything you write

Screenshots before the task exists
Section titled “Screenshots before the task exists”Paste an image or drag a PDF into the quick-create composer and it lands on the task the moment you press Create. No “create it first, then open it, then attach”. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files preview inline, inside your workspace.
Workflows you decide once
Section titled “Workflows you decide once”Four status sets ship in the box, and any project you like can become the template. Applying a set to an existing project is a reviewed diff — every status kept, added, and removed, how many tasks each removal moves, and exactly where they land. A pure rename says “No tasks will move” and means it.
Hand over one right, not the keys
Section titled “Hand over one right, not the keys”Your accountant needs the pay report; your ops lead runs onboarding. Neither needs your billing. Grant a manager exactly one permission — see hours, see pay, edit the team’s time, read the audit log, invite people, deactivate them — in two clicks, and every grant is written to the audit log.

starts a live timer when it is empty, and if you forgot to start it you can drag
the start time back without stopping. Track cost per person per activity while
your team sees only their own hours.

Section titled “Agents that work with your tracker, not about it”Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any of ~23 MCP clients and your assistant can read the board, create work, attach files, look at a screenshot someone else attached, and post an initiative’s weekly health update itself.
A public API and a real CLI

tokens, batch create with per-item results, Idempotency-Key retries, and delta

One task, many boards
Section titled “One task, many boards”Add a task to a second project and both teams see the same title, comments, and files, while each board keeps its own columns and sprints. Flip Link status off and each board tracks it at its own pace — drift, by design.
Nothing is really gone
Section titled “Nothing is really gone”Archived tasks return to their original column in a click. Deleted projects wait 7 days; deleted workspaces wait 30, with billing paused meanwhile. Deleting a status asks where its tasks go, and tells you how many, before anything moves.
Your team’s day, not UTC’s
Section titled “Your team’s day, not UTC’s”Set your workspace timezone once and every daily chart respects it. The day ends at midnight where your team actually is. Change it later and recorded history stays exactly where it was.
